Our Team

Kelly Decker, Manager

Kelly joined Maner Costerisan in 2018 and is a manager in the Accounting & Outsourced Solutions department. She works primarily with the firm’s nonprofit clients, providing a variety of foundational accounting-related services, including monthly and quarterly financial statements, monthly grant reports and payroll. She also works on special projects, helping clients improve their current processes, complete their budgets, monitor grant spending and manage grantees.

In addition to her expertise on the accounting side, she’s also a Certified Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist, providing expert software insight and guidance to the firm’s Intacct clients. Committed to helping her clients and passionate about improving and growing as a professional, Kelly recently obtained an AICPA Not-for-Profit Certification.

Kelly graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Accounting and Finance. She lives in Swartz Creek, Michigan, with her husband, John, and their dog, Remmy. In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time on the lake, camping, trail riding, attending concerts and spending time with her friends and family.
